ibis Styles Magdeburg

After a long trip, the hotel's calm and quiet atmosphere was really relaxing. Breakfast was tasty, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

The staff were super kind and helpful, and the location couldn't be better. Coffee and tea were available all day, and breakfast was very nice. The gym is small, but the equipment is brand new. Our modern room was clean and the air conditioning worked beautifully. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

The lobby is really nice and the staff there are great. It's also well placed, with big cities close by and plenty to do around Magdeburg. The rooms look appealing at first, but the air conditioning barely works, if it works at all. The beds were so stiff that I didn't sleep.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but everything felt disorganized and unprofessional. I paid the pet fee online, then had to dig through emails at check-in to prove it because they asked me to pay again. The city tax they charged also didn't match my confirmation, and staff worked it out by hand. In 2025, that shouldn't be how this works. The card terminal barely functioned, so I had to pay cash. Parking was very limited, and the room window wouldn't open properly. Staff tried to help with the window, but nothing got fixed. All these problems added up. I wouldn't recommend staying unless they improve how they handle bookings and payments.
