The food was tasty, and the team were really understanding. Our flight was cancelled, so we ended up at the hotel even though it was fully booked and things were changing quickly. The staff did their very best to help everyone.

6/10
The room and hotel were generally tidy, and the booking price was fairly cheap, which is why I gave it three stars rather than one. Still, there was a strong whiskey smell in the corridor, and the staff weren't friendly or helpful. They mostly left out important information. It's also far from the center: getting there takes almost an hour, with a 20-minute walk and about 40 minutes on the S-Bahn. I wouldn't stay here on my next visit to Berlin or recommend it.

We only stayed one night before our flight from Berlin airport. The room was nice, and both dinner and breakfast were good.

The staff were really kind and friendly, and the rooms were so clean. We had great food too. Such a nice hotel, thanks, we'll be back soon 😍👏

The view from one of the top rooms was beautiful, and I found the room comfortable. The staff were amazing, really friendly and professional. If the rest of my trip hadn't already been booked, I definitely would've stayed longer. I'm absolutely coming back to Berlin and staying here next time.
