Hotel See Villa

The breakfast is still a real highlight on our second stay at the See Villa. There’s plenty to choose from, and you can ask for tea, hot chocolate, coffee, scrambled eggs, or fried eggs. They even check whether you want the eggs flipped once or twice. Mrs. Ahrens gives guests such a warm welcome, and we feel genuinely at home here, unlike at large hotels where you can feel like just another paying customer. The rooms are beautifully furnished in a Scandinavian style, too. We’re happy to recommend the See Villa, which is about 15 minutes from the Ameos Clinic in Eutin.

The breakfast buffet at the See Villa was amazing, with bread, rolls, cheese, cold cuts, fish, different mueslis, fruit, yogurt, and boiled eggs. Scrambled or fried eggs are available if you ask. As someone who doesn’t usually drink coffee, I especially loved the hot chocolate made with milk. It wasn’t some watery substitute, which I haven’t found at other hotels. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Ahrens during our stay in Eutin for two surgeries. The family recommendation was absolutely right. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the beds suit us perfectly, neither too hard nor too soft. I’d highly recommend the See Villa, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next week for the second surgery.

We booked a suite and stayed with our daughter and two dogs. It was lovely, and the dogs had bowls and treats waiting when we arrived. Breakfast was wonderful and thoughtfully prepared each morning. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we wanted for nothing. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, and we’re already making plans to return.

We’ve stayed here several times, in spring, summer, and fall, and it’s always wonderful. Dogs are welcomed with real affection. Mrs. Ahrens and her team are super friendly and helpful, and you feel comfortable and genuinely welcome. The rooms are beautifully furnished, very clean, and well kept. There’s parking right at the hotel. Breakfast is excellent, especially the fresh eggs made just how you like them, and the latte is fantastic. We’ll definitely be back again and again.
