The warm welcome from everyone, from reception to concierge and housekeeping, is what made the stay memorable. They were professional, friendly, and keen to help. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I got an upgrade to a room with a fantastic city view. I had a wonderful time at the AR Boutique Mannheim and would recommend it. I can't wait to return.

I arrived by bicycle on 21 may 2025, only to find my room had been double booked, so I couldn't stay. They didn't help me at the time. After two calls from the man at the desk to his superior, they promised a refund. Five months and many emails later, I still haven't received it. A double booking can happen, but they should help and refund clients promptly. This is really wrong.

I spent 11 nights here and can recommend it for either a short or longer stay. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. Seckenheim is on the outskirts of Mannheim, with Heidelberg and Speyer nearby for sightseeing or walks in nature. Summer can get quite hot, but there was a fan in the room. I brought my own as well, so the room stayed fresh and well ventilated.

The tram stop is only a five-minute walk away, and there are restaurants and grocery shops close by, so the location worked really well. I stayed at AR Boutique hotel last week and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and friendly. They took care of requests almost right away. I'd highly recommend staying here.
