The room was warmer and more comfortable than I expected from the reviews, and it looked like some things had been upgraded. The bed was clean, the shower was hot, and the facilities were enough for our one-night stay. We’d happily recommend it and come back. We found parking on the hotel grounds, though I can imagine it might be a problem when the place is busy. Check-in was handled by email, with the entrance code and room key sent that way. I gave service one star for that, but it actually worked well for our late arrival. We left early, so I can’t comment on the breakfast, even though it was included in our option.

The location worked really well, right across from the S-Bahn station, and the price felt fair. The owner was welcoming and the staff were friendly. Our bed and bathroom were clean, and breakfast was okay. I’d recommend it for a few nights. Ucar from Hamburg

My sister and I booked by phone, but it seems they forgot about us. We were offered a replacement room, yet the trash in the hallways and outside, along with a room that looked nothing like the advertised one, made us find another hotel. Having to use a toilet down the hall was a no from us.

Breakfast was fresh and had a nice range of choices, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. It’s an older hotel, but still pleasant and very tidy. Good value for money. I’d gladly stay again.

Getting around from here was easy, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly, and our room was both clean and comfortable. It’s a well-kept hotel, and I’d happily return.
