Iryna gave us a smile, was super friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. The hotel's staff made us feel very well looked after. It's in a great, accessible location, and our stay was absolutely perfect. Keep up the good work, we'll be back!

The rooms have really thick doors and windows, so once inside it's completely quiet. Mine was right beside the busy main road, but I couldn't hear the cars, even at night. It has a strong luxury feel, just like in the photos. Amazing hotel, much better than the Premier Inns in the UK for some reason. Check-in and check-out are quick, with three separate reception stalls.

The location is so convenient, just a short walk from the train station, bus station and city center. Everything was tidy and well organized, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at home. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Nothing to complain about. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in Mannheim.

Andrea and Bay were welcoming and attentive hosts at the premier inn Mannheim. Our group got clean rooms quickly and efficiently. It was a great stay and has made us want to come back, or at least try other premier hotels.

The soundproofing was excellent, especially after I requested a room that didn't face the train track. Everything in the hotel looked new, and the staff were very good. It's about a 7-minute walk from HBF.
