The rooms were very spacious, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable. The location was handy too, within walking distance of the center and Muckefuck coffee. But my room was dirty, inside and out. There were hairs on the tiles, smudges on the tables, and dried dark spills. It was also very hot. I understand that air conditioning may not make sense in Germany for just a few hot months, but fans could help guests rest. We only stayed one night, fortunately. Opening the windows and door helped a little, though it was noisy outside.

The Indian restaurant downstairs was delicious. I even took leftovers to eat later, and they were still good. The staff were friendly and helped guests pay a reasonable amount. Breakfast was served in a bright, spacious area, and there was plenty of parking. The train station is right outside. I hadn't expected the garden behind the hotel to be so pretty, with a balcony and lots of windows that let fresh air into the room.

The only thing that made the room feel a bit dull was the dark carpet, even with plenty of light. It wasn't a deal breaker, though, and I'd visit again. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and the included breakfast was a great start to the day. The hotel also has an Indian restaurant with delicious Kulcha bread and curries.

The bathroom was filthy and moldy, so I couldn't bring myself to shower that evening. Reception was closed, and when we raised it in the morning, we got an apology. Reading the reviews, it seems other guests have complained about mold too. Please stop just apologizing and actually deal with it.

The breakfast here is excellent, and the Indian restaurant attached to the hotel makes some of the best curry I've had in Germany. There's also a coffee machine in the lobby that guests can use until 11 pm. The hotel is large and offers plenty of room options. Its location is convenient, close to the train station, local bars and restaurants, and supermarkets.
