Breakfast was included, and the place felt calm with friendly staff. It worked well for an overnight stay before a meeting in the nearby industrial area. It did feel a bit overpriced, though. Reception wasn't always staffed, so we had to look for someone from the restaurant, and the check-in machine was still broken.

The location is in an industrial area, but the room was clean and the food was nice. Fantastic hotel.
