We spent three nights here and felt very welcome, thanks in large part to the landlord, who was wonderfully warm and helpful. The apartment had everything for a restful holiday: a fully equipped kitchen, two lovely bedroom/living/sleeping rooms, a roomy storage space for suitcases, and a small bathroom that made good use of its space. The cleanliness really stood out. There wasn’t a crumb in the drawers, dust or lint anywhere, or even limescale marks. If we come back to the Bavarian Forest, we already know where we’ll stay.

Markus was a friendly, attentive landlord, and the apartment was spotless, well equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. It has a long hallway, storage room, bedroom, living/bedroom, and a small bathroom. The setting is wonderfully quiet, with forest around the house and mountains on the other side. I was a little disappointed that the mountains weren’t visible from the sofa or dining area. Parking right outside was convenient, and the Bavarian Forest Card made things completely worry-free. We’d be glad to return.

We had a smooth arrival and could park right by the house. The landlord was very nice, the holiday apartment was lovely, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room throughout the building for all kinds of activities. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Bavarian Forest.

There are great hiking trails right nearby, and the landlord is terrific, with lots of helpful tips and information and a willingness to fulfill every wish. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable even when the weather is bad. We’ll be back, promise!

The two hosts were exceptionally welcoming, with thoughtful gestures and great hiking suggestions that made our stay feel special. The modern apartment is very well equipped, and the view across the Bavarian Forest National Park is spectacular. Highly recommended.
