The indoor riding lessons were a great mix of learning and fun, and there are horses to suit everyone, whether you’re a beginner or advanced, small or large, or want one that’s easy to ride or one that needs you to show who’s boss. The cross-country trails are idyllic, and it’s hard to want to leave, even though eventually you have to. The horses are fantastic, and the Müller family and everyone else are incredibly kind. The relaxed, family-like atmosphere makes Zum Hochscheid holiday boarding house more than just excellent. The rooms and catering are very good, everything is well maintained, and the food tastes incredibly good, though there’s always room for more. I’d recommend staying here for riding and/or hiking, and I’ll definitely be back.

We’ve now had our second holiday at the farm, and we’re still delighted. The children enjoyed it too. Riding lessons are very competent, the accommodation is clean, and there’s plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. We’ll definitely return.

We brought our two horses along for a wonderful Whitsun holiday at the Zum Hochscheid Riding Stables, and they were well cared for. The horses’ well-being clearly comes first at this well-maintained farm, and we didn’t lack for anything. We were warmly welcomed, and our room was spacious and very clean. The landscape is beautiful for rides, and breakfast was excellent. We’ll definitely come back! 😊🐎

My daughter had a blast and made tremendous progress, thanks to the most competent riding instruction I’ve ever seen. The horses seem very happy at this fantastic stable. The boarding facilities are excellent too. Great job, keep it up! We’ll be back.

The rooms and meals are excellent, and I’d gladly visit again soon. This is a clean, well-run holiday riding stable where the school horses are well trained and their welfare gets close attention, from their care and handling to how they’re treated under the rider. The riding instructor is very attentive to each rider.
