The only small snag was the dishwasher. We hadn’t noticed beforehand that it needed dishwasher powder, and none was provided, so during the holiday we had to wash the dishes by hand. Getting in and collecting the key was incredibly easy, and the house was clean and aired out. We stayed for two nights as four adults, and this was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve seen. It was cozy and charming, with six (!!!!) TVs throughout the house, a big dining table for games, and a large comfy sofa for evenings. The little kitchen had everything we needed, and there was a bathroom with a good shower and washing machine. The beds were clean and nicely set up, with memory foam mattresses. They’d thought of everything. Motion-activated lights throughout the house made it easy to find the bathroom at night. Outside, there was a garden with a table, chairs, and a small covered area, which made the smoker in our group very happy ;) Thanks for the stay, we’ll be back!

We loved exploring the beautiful Eifel region, with plenty of places to visit. The holiday home was a lovely base, and as a family of four we felt very comfortable. The garden was great, the owner was friendly and helpful, and Mechernich had everything we needed, including a supermarket within walking distance.

The cottage was really cozy, and the landlord was very friendly. We spent two nights there and had a lovely, comfortable stay. It was very clean, and there were TVs everywhere. We also had a delicious dinner at the pub on the corner, with generous portions. We'd happily come back.

It had everything we needed, and the house was lovingly furnished. The garden and barbecue area were nice too. Sadly, it wasn't very clean, and some of the furnishings were broken.

A great little place for moped riders, right at the "gateway" to the Eifel Nature Park. The house itself is very cozy.
