The apartment-style hotel has a great location, and the room felt spacious. The staff were lovely, and getting gelato as a check-in treat was a really sweet touch. It’s dog-friendly, too. The room gets very hot with the windows shut, and the cleaning could be better: I noticed a few spots on the bed cover. Even with those small issues, it’s a good place to stay.

That ice cream voucher in the room was such a lovely surprise, and breakfast was incredible. We were so happy with our stay. The room also looked brand new and really pretty. Thank you, we enjoyed it so much!

At night it was wonderfully quiet, and the view was beautiful. The place was spotless, with lovely, high-quality furnishings. There’s a good breakfast at the Eiscafé downstairs if you arrange it ahead of time, and you can also take pizza up to your room in the evening. Dogs are welcome, and they even have dog ice cream at the Eiscafé. Great location, highly recommend!

The room was modern and lovely, with a lake view that’s hard to beat. Breakfast came plated and ready, and it tasted good, though no one had asked if we wanted something simple like just cheese. The service also came across as stressed, annoyed, and uninterested. We weren’t told the parking price, so ask about it when you arrive. We got there before 3 p.m. and couldn’t leave our luggage somewhere securely locked while we waited for the room. Mosquito nets would help with all the mosquitoes. We couldn’t find a remote for the big TV, either. At 7 a.m., the outdoor seating was being set up noisily, and smoke smell drifted into our room. It was okay for one night, but there’s room to improve.
