Meersburg was beautiful, especially on our afternoon and sunset walk through town and along the lake. Parking was available at the guesthouse, and its location made it easy to explore. We had a wonderful stay at Gästehaus und Ferienwohnungen Mayer-Bartsch. Our room had plenty of space, a comfortable sitting area, and a balcony. It was spotless and very comfortable, and the bathroom was just as clean. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The woman hosting us was the real highlight. I don't speak German, so communication could have been awkward, but each time she greeted us with a warm smile and such genuine kindness that we felt completely at ease. That kind of caring hospitality comes naturally to her. The property only takes cash, which was a small issue for us given how pleasant everything else was. The guesthouse itself felt charming and welcoming throughout.

We found the owner and staff very friendly, and the service was excellent. The rooms were roomy and comfortable too. It was our first stay here, and we'll definitely come back. With the Lake Constance Card, you can travel almost everywhere by bus for free, and Lake Constance and the surrounding area are great for relaxing.

Breakfast was okay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the location worked really well for us, with a bus stop and gas station right there and only a few minutes on foot to town.
