Hotel Kurallee

We left the hotel immediately, even though we paid the full price for the night. The experience was seriously unpleasant, and we also lost time having to find somewhere else to stay. The receptionist was a kind lady, and I have no complaint about the facility itself, but I would never recommend this place to anyone. My boyfriend and I stayed at Kurallee Hotel last night. When we came back from breakfast, a staff member was in our room shouting and swearing. He angrily yelled that we had opened the window wrong and needed to be careful. The handle was turned down instead of sideways, but there was no damage and the window worked perfectly, as it had the day before. We went to find him and clarify things. He was in another room. I politely asked if I could speak with him, and when he wouldn't come out, I asked if we could go in. He said yes. I even apologized that my German might not be perfect and said his aggressive behavior was inappropriate. He then screamed in my face to get out, grabbed my shoulder, and pushed me. My boyfriend stepped in, and the man insulted him. As I was leaving, the man was still saying things about me, and the receptionist had to tell him to stop.

Really nice.

Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. The hotel isn't close to the city center, but there's a bus stop right outside, so it's easy to get around. We'll definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. :))))

Breakfast was excellent, and the owner's daughter was kind and very attentive to everyone. The owners are friendly, and it’s a lovely, comfortable place to stay. For me, though, the beds were too soft and the duvet much too heavy. That's just my personal preference.
