The rooms made a good impression: modern, tastefully furnished, spotless, and warm, with quality materials and comfortable beds. I felt at home. The staff were especially friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I was greeted with a smile from check-in to departure, and requests were handled quickly and carefully. Hospitality clearly matters here. I had a very positive stay and would readily recommend the hotel for either leisure or business.

We were a large group and felt very comfortable. Everything was modern, clean, in excellent condition, and tastefully arranged. Breakfast was fantastic, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly.

The rooms match the photos, and they were perfectly clean. We wanted somewhere quiet, so the hotel suggested a comfort room facing the inner courtyard. It was lovely and quiet at night. The building has been sensitively renovated, with a modern, tasteful, comfortable interior inside the old structure. Breakfast was good, with plenty to choose from: dairy products, eggs, cold cuts, pastries, and muesli. We got a nice welcome and great communication before arrival, and it was possible to stay after reception closed. There’s a small hotel car park, though plenty of other parking options nearby. The old center is just a few minutes away. If we return to Meissen, we’ll stay here again. I highly recommend it.

When we found there was no toilet paper, the staff said late in the evening we could get some from the restaurant restroom. A simple apology and making sure the room was stocked would have been a better fix. Service fell short at times.
