You can really feel the history while eating and drinking here. The food is traditional, and the service was very nice, quick, and friendly. The restaurant is excellent, and the "Meissner Schwerter" beer is the best, from Saxony's oldest private brewery, over 450 years old.

The waitress was very friendly, and the beer 🍺 tasted really good. It’s a nice place right in the old town, and I think we’ll be back soon.

Thanks for the bad mood. The beer around the city is amazing, and maybe the restaurant is wonderful, but our experience with the staff was awful. They were aggressive and unfriendly. I don’t understand why my parents and I were treated so rudely, or what the waiter disliked when my father approached him. Maybe it was my father’s smile? The waiter smiled and was polite to other German-speaking customers. Perhaps he didn’t like my asking him to speak Ukrainian instead of Russian, as he suggested. He also refused to speak English with me because he didn’t want to. Decriminalization and only.

We only went to the restaurant, and the scenery was nice. The waitresses were wearing Trachten, too. The food was great, the service was comforting, and the prices were really good. On haxnday, our two meals, haxn and Leberkäse, cost less than 30€ including food and drinks 👌👌

The gulasch was tasty, and the Kellerbier was good. Service was fast. We were lucky to get one of the few tables that hadn’t been reserved, since it looked like all the places around the market space were fully booked from 6 pm.
