The bikes were in excellent shape and came with all the accessories we needed for a week on the road. We rented the 750GS and 1250GS Adventure, starting in Austria, riding into Italy, then returning through Switzerland. Walter picked us up when we arrived by train in Memmingen. Great service, fantastic bikes, beautiful mountain roads and lovely weather made this a trip we’ll remember for years.
There was plenty of parking, and the large basement place was clean. It’s very close to the main town center, with a nice little cafe nearby. The only downside was that it had a fridge but no freezer.
The apartment was clean and seemed good for a holiday, but the wifi was extremely poor. I couldn’t work on it, and WhatsApp calls didn’t work either. The owner didn’t seem to know what was going on and wasn’t helpful with fixing the problems.
We rented from Alpen-Mobil in September 2022, and Walter was excellent to deal with throughout. The motorcycle was top class, well equipped and came with full luggage. We’ll definitely use the service again. Top marks!
One of the best things I did while in Germany. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the motorcycles were great. Incredible experience!
