The staff were unfriendly and difficult to deal with. The rooms are all right if you like the style, but without air-conditioning, we had to open the windows at night and could hear the noise. Before Corona, I spent several nights a week in hotels and had never stayed anywhere like this.

The staff were VERY friendly, and they even added breakfast for free. We found a room here at a fair price in the middle of summer, luckily, after barely sleeping at the hotel we had booked in Bad Breisig because of the nighttime noise. We’d gone looking for another place near Laacher See that morning. This Hotel more or less saved our trip to Germany, and we’ll stay here next time we travel that way.

Dogs are welcome, and the land Ladies make sure the atmosphere is lovely. It’s a very nice little hotel, super clean and tidy.
