The owners are very present and run a lovely, clean place. They speak only German, though someone there can manage some English. There are bar, breakfast, and dinner services, and a few steps up or down to reach the indoor lift. It's a good base for visiting the area, but there's not much for children to do.

Lovely hotel, with clean, pleasant rooms and good food. The service was great, the staff were nice, and the draft beers were the best.

I'm not much of a traveler, but this place made me want to come back. It's cozy and comfortable, with big, clean rooms and really great service. The staff were especially friendly, and I was so glad to stay here.
