On our way from Scandinavia to Northern Africa, this was our first night outside our fully packed car. We found an adventurous, child-friendly hotel run by the most loving family. The drive through amazing German nature and small villages was beautiful in itself. Breakfast was delicious, with local products and traditions served with pride. The owner took time to chat with us about this exciting place we’d never heard of. It was one of the few places willing to welcome our big family in high season, and at a decent price!

The owners were very hospitable, and we had a wonderful two-night stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent.

The rooms have all been renovated and are beautifully furnished, and we didn’t find anything lacking apart from air conditioning. The food was very good: freshly made schnitzel, delicious fried potatoes, and a great chef. The staff were incredibly friendly. The owner still serves guests himself, and you can see how much passion he has for his customers and his craft.

We felt very comfortable and highly recommend the place. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and fun, the restaurant and rooms were beautifully furnished, and everything was clean. The food was delicious, too. There’s a large parking lot behind the building.
