No toilet paper was available at reception, and I have 400,000 TripAdvisor followers and level 8 on here. The breakfast was cheap, and the man running it was horrible and rude. There was no muesli, green tea, or peppermint tea, and no kettle. The pillow was horribly oversized, the towels were tiny, and there were no blackout blinds.

The room was large, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. The bathroom was spacious with a good hot shower, though the shower cabin leaked a little. I’d stay here again.

The rooms are big, and that’s about the only good thing. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room, even though the hotel has seven or eight routers. My room, number 12, had a small kitchen, but that wasn’t working either. Whenever we left or came back, reception was closed. Breakfast could be better, though I gave the place two stars because it at least has breakfast.

I was here on a business trip. The room was large, as was the toilet area, but the shower stall was very small. We had booked breakfast for two, but they cancelled one breakfast and only charged €5 less in total.

The rooms look great at first, but ours in the basement was very cold and the heater wouldn’t start. People walking by on the street can see into the room. Reception staff weren’t always there.
