I had room 31 down in the dungeons, and it was filthy, with lots of insects, including cockroaches. The beds weren’t clean, so I didn’t sleep. The rooms described as “refurbished” were very badly done. This felt like a scam, not a hotel. Never again. Worst hotel experience ever. Book somewhere else.

This is a place I’ll never forget. We were treated amazingly, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was nice. I even made a friend. What more could I ask for? Thank you so much!

The owners were kind and helpful, and parking was free. The hotel is very cozy, and the rooms have a fantastic view of the garden.

The owner was friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Dusseldorf, though you should expect traffic jams on the highway in the morning.

A nice, friendly, convenient family run place. I’ll definitely come back.
