The accommodation was clean, but there’s room to improve. The fishy smell throughout the building was particularly unpleasant. Staff knocked on our door twice shortly before checkout, as if expecting us to have left already. The atmosphere felt geared toward older guests.

The location is great for biking, and the price was spectacular for this region. Breakfast was generous and varied, and the staff were super friendly and ready to do whatever they could to make us comfortable. The rooms may look old-fashioned, but they were spotless and well cared for. A first-rate place.
