The room was clean and the bathroom was almost new and modern. The interiors are a bit old-fashioned, but in good condition. There are wooden floors, and when someone walks along the corridor, glasses on your table clink. It's a nice, cozy hotel with perfect hospitality and attentive, cheerful staff.

The staff were magnificent, always hospitable and positive, with a smile on their faces. The rooms were decent and cleaned daily, each with a 42-inch TV and cable TV. Breakfast was fantastic, and the WiFi was fast and available throughout the hotel. The hotel is on the main road to Monschau, a five-minute walk from the city, with calm, fresh surroundings.

We could walk to the old town in no time from this quiet, central house. Breakfast had a generous selection with everything we needed, and the service was exceptionally friendly. Our room was adequately equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed.

The main drawback for us was the lack of anywhere to sit for a drink in the evening. Apart from the breakfast room, there are no other shared rooms or a bar. The rooms themselves were functional and very clean, and breakfast was excellent, served at the table. The lady running the hotel was very friendly and kept checking on her guests.
