The room was extremely musty, and airing it out didn’t help. There was mold in the bathroom grout, barely any light, a dirty floor, and even spiders on the ceiling. It was hard to feel comfortable there. The bed hadn’t been freshly made either, with hair from the previous guest still in it. The rooms and furniture are old, dusty, and neglected, with cobwebs around too. A complete disappointment, unfortunately. We left after one night and moved to a hotel. We did get the remaining amount refunded, but the host was very unfriendly when we complained and when my colleague posted a Google review that was 100% accurate. You can only pay in cash, and there were no smoke detectors, which makes you wonder whether that’s even allowed. The high Booking.com ratings seem totally unbelievable after our stay, and may have been faked. So many international guests in such a small, remote place who all rave about it? Have a look at the pictures. Not recommended. This is a realistically poor review.
