Best Western Hotel St. Michael

The restaurant is great, and breakfast has a really good range of choices. The staff are what make this place, they're caring and attentive. The rooms have been getting updates over the last couple of years, and the TV and internet are good. It generally serves airline crews, so people may be arriving and leaving at all hours.

Michael and his crew make guests feel like family, and they'll go out of their way to help. The restaurant and bar stay open all night, and there's a roomy entertainment space with a huge flat screen TV where people can hang out. The staff are the reason to come here, especially if you want a friendly, helpful welcome. Breakfast is the best I've had in Germany, and the remodeled rooms are fresh and clean, with each one looking different. There's lots to do, including an exercise room, tanning booths, and a sauna. And if you're open to it and believe, maybe a few visitors from beyond too. They can get a bit noisy at night, when they seem to think it's playtime. The walls in the rooms are thin, so keep that in mind if you want to use speakerphone, lol. I've never stayed somewhere quite like this, and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

When work brings me to town, St. Michael’s feels like home. I can walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and other small-town attractions, and breakfast is something I always look forward to. He offers guests a range of amenities and is accommodating. When I need to travel outside town, Michael also has transportation available to rent. I'm consistently pleased with my stays in Morbach.

It's come a long way over the years. The new breakfast space looks good, and many rooms have been renovated. Some still need updating and a bit more attention to cleaning, but things have improved a lot. I hope they keep working on the rooms' cleanliness as the other changes continue.
