The real draw is all the sports and wellness options: a fully equipped gym, a big pool, tennis and padel courts, beach volleyball, a relaxing spa, and plenty more. It’s a great fit whether you want to work out or just relax. The setting among the region’s rolling hills is peaceful and scenic. The place has a friendly feel and runs smoothly. There’s a bit of a 70s/80s retro look, but it’s clearly cared for and well maintained. Rooms are roomy and spotless, and the comfortable beds make for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended for active travelers or anyone wanting to recharge in nature.

I was there for a conference but didn’t stay overnight. I did have lunch and dinner, and the food was exquisite, full of flavor and really tasty. Special thanks to Chef Michael for the great work!

The rooms were comfortable and clean, with gorgeous views. The rest of my one-night stay at the hotel was just okay, though. I was there for a seminar in their creative rooms, and around 9pm the fire alarm went off because someone had burned a pizza in the kitchen. I had to get out of bed and go to the collection point outside. I know things like that happen, but nobody apologized or communicated anything. The food was poor for the price. Since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there aren’t any real alternatives nearby. The evening buffet looked like basic canteen food and cost 35 euros. I ordered fish and chips for 15 euros instead, but it was clearly frozen, and the fish was like big fish fingers. Breakfast wasn’t much better, and lunch was worse.

Some of the staff were quite nice, while others seemed grumpy. There was no minibar, just an empty space where one used to be, and no coffee or water cooker in the room. Cleaning only happened every two days. I was also greeted with a message saying the airco doesn’t work.

The rooms are nice, the food is good, and the service is great, all at a good price. You can tell it’s a 4 stars hotel. We’d love to come back in the future!
