The staff knew about some hidden-gem spots and were helpful. Rooms were clean, and the system for letting guests know about regular cleaning was simple and efficient. The hotel is a couple of stops from the trade fair center and fairly close to the metro network. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but it's reasonably priced and makes a good quick snack, especially on Sundays.

Handy for business travellers spending the day at the Messe. The staff are friendly and available 24/7. Breakfast options are limited, but there's a good bakery next door, and there are no dining facilities at the hotel. A short walk through the park gets you to a well-connected S- and U-Bahn station, then it's a quick ride to Munich Center for plenty of food and drinks.

The staff were very friendly, and there are lots of food shops nearby. The location worked really well for me.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was even better than we expected, with a clean, comfortable room and incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommended!

A good, affordable hotel, and the room was clean. The location was very good too. I wasn't impressed by the breakfast, though. For that price, you could get a sandwich and coffee elsewhere, since the hotel breakfast was basically just coffee. The service was poor, and I didn't like the ventilation in the toilet and bath.
