The location was good, but the price feels too high for what you get. The room and bed are both very small, and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The mini-fridge is loud and makes an already warm room even hotter. Contact people are rarely available, if at all.

I visit my dear mother there regularly and usually stay a few days. The whole building is kept very clean, and the nursing staff and other employees are friendly and really helpful. There's a lovely terrace and cafeteria for coffee and cake, ice cream, or a tasty lunch. The new building should be finished soon, and everyone's looking forward to it.

The senior residents are nice neighbors, and the place is very quiet. The location is fantastic, with lots of parking. Still, at this price and in this location, I expect more as a guest. The room is only cleaned once a week, and the small mini-fridge is so noisy that it's more nuisance than useful. I reported the shower draining poorly twice, but nothing has been done.

There was black mold, and when I complained, I was told that was just how it was and to contact Ms. Mertlick after my stay. She never called back. For three (!) months I tried to reach an amicable agreement; it was promised several times, but nothing happened. I eventually got her on the phone, and she apologized and said she'd offer some kind of compensation that day. The next day I called again and learned Ms. Mertlick had been on vacation since the day before. Embarrassing. Absolutely not recommended.
