The indoor pool is awesome, and the hotel is in a beautiful setting with a good location. It's relaxing and family-friendly, with a small indoor playground that's still good enough for kids to burn off some energy. Our room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The style isn't modern, but it's warmly Bavarian and welcoming.

The breakfast spread was wonderful, with choices for everyone, even picky eaters. We had a great time at this family hotel and loved the quiet, peaceful atmosphere and amazing mountain views. Our hot tub room had a large king-size bed and bunk beds for our kids, ages 6 and 8. They had fun all over the place, from the pool and downstairs climbing gym to the playground and goats. We wish we'd stayed longer!

We arrived late after reception had closed, but everything was ready for us at the front desk. The family suite was perfect, and we had a very tasty dinner with great service. A fabulous breakfast got us on the road again the next morning. It was a beautiful area, and we wish our brief one-night stop on the drive back to the UK from Italy could have been longer.

Our three-year-old daughter loved the warm swimming pool and the brand-new playgrounds, both indoors and outside. We really enjoyed staying here as a family. The price for what you get is great compared with other overpriced family hotels where you pay for services you don't use. The restaurant meals weren't amazing, but there are lots of alternatives just a few minutes away by car. We'd happily come back.

German guests were drinking and smoking noisily on the balcony until 1:00 a.m. The noise carried to every room, and the hotel didn't do anything about it.
