The bed had such an unpleasant smell that we couldn’t sleep, so we left our booked room in the middle of the night, just before 1 a.m. We’ve never had an experience like it. There was no toilet in the room, only a shared one, and the website hadn’t mentioned that. Light came through the door and the walls were thin. The smoke detector in the hallway kept beeping, and the hallway smelled bad too.

The one thing going for it is the city center location. The stay was tolerable for a night, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

The landlords were practically impossible to communicate with and treated us like we were stupid. The furnishings were broken and the place was dirty everywhere. It took three hours on the phone before we finally got our money back.

The price was great, and I was really happy with the service. Hope to see you again soon. Book with Cityzimmer and you’ll be happy too! 😍👏👏

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is right in the city center.
