The lobby and game room were welcoming places to hang out, and the hallways had calming bird sounds that made them feel a bit like a nature retreat. We stayed four nights over New Year’s, and the friendly, attentive staff and youthful feel made it easy to settle in. Our room was spotless and had a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and stove, plus Brazilian-themed decor. Housekeeping came every three days. The shower drained slowly, but it was manageable. There’s a mall close by with a supermarket, pharmacy, shops, and places to eat, and the city center is walkable. We skipped the hotel breakfast because of the price, though there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Parking in the hotel garage costs 17€ a day and seemed easier and cheaper than parking off the street, although we did find some free spaces nearby. We had a lovely stay and would recommend the Hotel.

Everything in the room felt fresh and hygienic during my stay. It was clean, neatly arranged, and ready when I arrived, and the bathroom, bed, and other facilities were all in very good shape. Housekeeping came every day and paid close attention to detail. I had a comfortable, relaxing stay, and cleanliness was a real strength here. I'd confidently recommend the hotel.

At Hotel Rioca Neu-Ulm Posto 5, the staff were helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and getting around the area was convenient. My visit went smoothly, so I could just relax and enjoy the stay. The mattress was softer than I prefer, and a firmer option would have helped me sleep better. Still, I had a very pleasant time and would gladly return.

The plentiful, varied breakfast was a lovely surprise, and I'd happily stay at another hotel in this chain. My family visited Rioca Neu-Ulm in the last week of October with our three-month-old baby, so we were a little nervous beforehand. The attentive staff, especially Danubia, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. The room setup was helpful for us, too.
