The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was good. Rooms are simple but comfortable, and you're close to nearly everything.

The staff are welcoming, the beds are cozy, and breakfast is tasty. The rooms are clean, and the place is conveniently near the city center.

4/10
The room was clean and breakfast was okay, but too many things were broken. The shower head came off its hose, and the replacement was broken too, so showering was practically impossible. The toilet paper holder didn't work, letting the roll unspool around the bathroom with the slightest touch. The bedside table drawer front came off in my hand when I opened it. A fridge sat in the middle of the room with no power outlet in sight, and the elevator was out of order. In the hall, at least one light was broken, and its slow motion sensor left you in the dark when leaving the room. I don't mind old or dated, but all those broken things were too much. Never again.

6/10
The only real advantages were being near the city center and cultural park. The hotel was noisy on a busy street, and room service was poor. They only cleaned the room when asked, and the cobwebs stayed put. Breakfast was mediocre, with no obvious healthy choices, and the value for money wasn't good. We wouldn't particularly recommend it.

The location is perfect, and the welcome was really friendly. Cozy hotel and good breakfast. 11/10 from me.
