It was all right.

Nice rooms, but coming in winter was a problem. The heating was off, so the room stayed cold and took all day to warm up. That's especially great when you arrive in the evening after spending all day working outside. Yeah, very nice. End of sarcasm.

The building is being renovated at the moment, so breakfast and restaurant service aren't available. There are several places to get breakfast within a few hundred meters, though, and plenty of restaurants are an easy walk away. I've stayed here several times and keep coming back. It's in a good spot, and the rooms are always very clean.

I always enjoy staying at the Schützenhof. It's a lovely inn right in the heart of Neuhof, with a perfect location and everything in town within walking distance. The rooms are clean and a good size, with simple, functional furnishings.

There’s no elevator, unfortunately, and I didn’t see any staff, so I can’t comment on them. Still, getting in with the key code was smooth. The room was clean and nicely furnished, and the bed was comfortable. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the train station.
