The food was excellent, the staff were really friendly, and the surroundings were beautiful. The balcony had a lovely view, though overgrown hedges and weeds got in the way. The garden looked like it hadn’t been cared for in a long time. Our room also needed a proper clean: there was dirt behind the sofa and under the bed, cobwebs in the corners, and mold on the balcony door and in the shower. The bathroom fan was very loud and didn’t work well. The outdoor pool was freezing despite the solar heating, even with the temperature outside at 30°C. 😊

The food and rooms were fine, and the view could be beautiful. But the hedges block the valley, so the hotel's name doesn't really fit. The grounds are neglected, with overgrowth everywhere and uneven paths.

The phone reception is poor, but manageable. This is a good place to unwind, with very good, generous meals and really friendly staff at this family-run place.

The cold, dirty pool was supposed to be heated, and the playground equipment was so dilapidated that it wasn't suitable for children. The garden was unkempt too. The room hadn't been cleaned properly, with cobwebs everywhere and mold in the shower. Once was enough, never again.

The views are wonderful, and there’s a huge range of activities. The people were very friendly and did their best to fulfill every wish.
