Dinner was great, with lots of variety. The hotel also has good underground parking. Really nice place!

We had a small mix-up about whether breakfast was included in the price, but it was sorted out quickly. Our superior room had everything we needed, including air conditioning and a balcony. The staff were young and friendly, and Celina at breakfast was especially attentive and professional. She’s a real asset to the Radisson, and I hope they appreciate her. Excellent hotel, and we’d come back.

The room turned out better than I expected, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb, too. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back.

There are several good restaurants within an easy five-minute walk. My room was larger than any other hotel room I had during my three-week trip to Germany, though it was quite dark and the internet wasn’t great. Checkout was late morning, but housekeeping knocked well before then to check whether I was still in the room.

We were traveling with our nine-month-old daughter and had asked for a family room. There was no refrigerator, and we were told to leave the baby food in the reception area. The air conditioning didn’t work, so the room was hot. They moved us to another room, but it had the same problem. When we asked for a refund, they kept referring to temperature regulations, despite charging 125 euros per night and displaying a four-star rating outside. They also handled our request very poorly.
