Bauernhof Nißl

We had a lovely time despite a few frustrations, and the beautiful surroundings and perfect weather helped. The apartment didn't feel cozy: the seats were uncomfortable, the window fly screens were torn, and there was a constant humming in the children's room. Our son had been excited about the go-karts, but they were so old that they were practically unusable. We also felt there were too many rules, including set times for seeing the animals. Still, arriving to all those cats was a delight, and the farm also has ponies, cows, and chickens.

We spent a week in the log cabin and loved being able to sit outside while the kids played on the large, secure grounds. The cabin was spotless, and both the furniture and the place itself were in immaculate condition. In the evenings, guests could sit together in the covered outdoor area, laughing late into the night. It was a warm, wonderful week. The Nißl family made us feel welcome from arrival to departure and were always ready to help. Kids of all ages had plenty to play with, from ride-on toys to the well-kept football pitch, trampoline, and playhouse. There was an indoor play area in the big common room for rainy days, too. Feeding the animals in the evening was always a hit, and the ponies and many cats were happy to be petted. I wholeheartedly recommend a holiday here.

Our boys were especially keen to help feed the calves from 5 pm, and there was lots for them to do the rest of the day, too: a great playground, bikes, go-karts, and other vehicles. We also enjoyed the football pitch and the gas and charcoal grills. The lounge beside the covered courtyard patio was a lovely place to spend the evening. The hosts were kind, attentive, and helpful. We and our two children had a wonderful holiday at the Nißl farm and highly recommend the Nißl family and their fantastic holiday farm. Thanks for a lovely stay, dear Nißl family.

We feel very comfortable here, and this is our farm of choice. The Nißl family are friendly, the apartments are clean, and the farm is well run. There's plenty for children to do, from the sandbox, playhouses, slides, and trampoline to go-karts and soccer goals. They can help muck out stalls and feed calves, and there's pony riding as well as adorable kittens everywhere. You can pick up fresh milk free each day, order eggs, and arrange bread delivery.
