It’s a clean, pleasant place in a peaceful setting, with the lake so close that it fills your view from the windows. In summer it feels safe for youngsters, and in winter it’s a lovely hideaway for people who meditate through yoga. Don’t go, or I’ll find it crowded next time!

There’s plenty to do at the camp, and it’s great for exploring the surrounding nature. The facilities are clean and work well, and you don’t need to worry about finding food or getting bitten by bugs. The lake is pretty and offers a chance to swim or go canyoning; you can even find a dragon boat there. The staff are friendly, and some speak English, so you have a chance of communicating with them.

There are vegetarian choices and plenty of toilet paper, plus lots of space behind the building area. On the downside, the beds are too small, there’s no soap, the walls don’t block sound, and the food selection is limited.

The people here are so kind, and the nature is beautiful. This is the most amazing place I’ve been to in Germany, and I’d especially recommend it for family time.

The rooms are okay, and there’s a sauna, the lake is close by, and lots of activities are offered. But the food was poor, and two of my friends threw up after lunch.
