Sunday lunch was perfect. Everything tasted delicious, and even with the very large portions we finished every dish. I’d definitely recommend it!

We stayed one night on the way home with my husband, our two kids, and our dog. The rooms were clean and nice, and the place felt cozy and quiet. The kids really appreciated the candy on the pillows. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We didn’t try the restaurant.

The restaurant sits in a lovely quiet spot on a pedestrian square beside a small park. It serves German food in generous portions, freshly cooked and brought out by friendly, hardworking staff. There are seasonal specials, and you can eat inside. I’d recommend it in summer or winter.

The room was spacious and the hotel is in a good location, but the service was really bad. Maybe the woman who greeted me was having a bad day, but she didn’t smile or make eye contact and was unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome. That’s a big no for someone working in hospitality. She should find another job. Thank God we stayed just one night. The room and stay were otherwise great, apart from the unfriendly woman.
