The room was clean and well looked after, with a good-sized bed, bedroom, desk and cupboard. The bathroom was clean too, with warm water and good pressure. I was in Neuss for a weekend course and stayed here. The staff were friendly.
Breakfast was included, and it was both good and cheap. The rooms were clean, though getting to them and finding the guest house inside the hotel was a challenge. It was almost completely dark outside between the guest houses and main building, and inside the guest houses too. It was cold, though the rooms were warm. Bring night-vision goggles.
Free parking was a nice bonus, and I liked the atmosphere and low prices. The bus station is nearby, so you can get to düsseldorf in under 30 minutes for a night out.
It feels more like a dorm, with small, colorful rooms and furniture that looks like it belongs in a kid's room. There’s no free Wi-Fi or minibar, and the lobby vending machine didn’t even have beer.
Neuss is a bit of a ghost town, which is a shame. The hotel itself was clean and simple, with comfortable rooms, a pleasant bar and nice staff.
