I booked stays for May and June in early February and got confirmations. When I found out the hotel wasn't even open, I tried several times to reach them through the contact form, but none of my emails got a reply. I drove by today and saw that it's still a construction site. Maybe this time I'll get an explanation. Poor business practices!

The hotel still can't be booked and is under construction. The people posting that it's great are just messing with us at other people's expense. After I contacted them, I cancelled and booked somewhere else. The hotline staff didn't know that the hotel couldn't currently be booked. Get the information from the hotline, and don't let them send you to the hotel. You'll end up back at the hotline anyway. There don't seem to be any other booking problems, and everything on the B&B website looks fine. Too bad... Regards, R.

Still a construction site, and apparently due to open in September.

We had a booking confirmation but never even got a cancellation notice, unlike many others who left negative reviews. When we arrived, the hotel was still a construction site. B&B staff showed no willingness to sort it out, even though the same thing had apparently happened more than a month earlier: people book, show up, and the hotel isn't available. How does that happen? It was easy to reach, but impossible to find. Shame I can't give zero stars.
