The breakfast was a real treat, rich and luxurious, and dinner was simple. They served Northern beer too. From the green lawn, with dozens of geese grazing there in April, we loved the view over the North Sea. The house is perfectly placed near the boat and the lighthouse. Our rooms were warm and sunny, with a full kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, and perfect king-size beds.

We were really pleased with our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though simple, so anyone after a super-modern luxury hotel may prefer somewhere else. The mattress was a little soft for us, but we slept well. We called ahead because we're vegan, and the breakfast they provided was absolutely fantastic. We didn't get that kind of selection even at a three-star hotel where vegan breakfast cost extra.

We keep coming back and always enjoy our stays. The rooms are simple, the bathroom is fine, and everything is clean and well cared for. The staff are attentive and friendly. And the breakfast is superb, such a lovely way to begin the day.

Coming here every year feels like coming home. We feel completely at ease, and even the smallest problem gets sorted out. The service is fantastic, and breakfast, with its North Sea view, is the best. Ute, we take our hats off to the lovely way you look after your guests 😉
