We felt right at home, and the owners were really friendly. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, with everything we needed. It’s dog-friendly too, thanks to the fenced terrace. A handy base for hikes and trips around the area.

We could step straight from the living room onto the terrace and enjoy the garden view. It was lovely and quiet, even during the day, so we got to properly relax. The apartment was very clean and modern, and the family hosting us was lovely.

It was very peaceful, with shops about a five-minute drive away. The apartment was clean and tastefully furnished, and there was plenty of room for our three adults, one child, and large dog. It has a big terrace, a bedroom, living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and an extra room with a fireplace and a bed. A very modern, lovely place. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week here with our two huskies, relaxing, going on great outings, and having lots of fun. We’d come back anytime. The owners were welcoming and hospitable, and there are plenty of places to visit nearby, including the Hessenturm practically on the doorstep, several lakes, and Kassel. The apartment is in the basement, with a small entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living-dining room with a wood-burning stove and sofa bed. From the dining room, you can walk straight onto the south-facing terrace, which has an electric awning and is fully fenced. There’s another door from the terrace into the roughly 1000-square-meter garden, also fenced, with a pool. A real treat for dog owners! It was lovely, clean, and well equipped. The owners said it was extensively renovated in 2016 and first offered as a holiday rental then.
