We booked five rooms for three nights. They were very spacious, but outdated. The lifts were out of order, so we had to carry our luggage to the upper floors. In two rooms, water had swollen the bathroom doors so they wouldn’t shut. None of our rooms were cleaned or had their towels changed during the three days. When we raised all this, Receptionist Mr Speck was very rude and brushed it off. His attitude toward guests, especially those in foreign attire, needs to be reviewed. At €150 a night, it isn’t worth the price. For that amount, you can book a five-star hotel with excellent service.

The parking lot is huge, and I don’t need the elevators. The room gets a 10 from me, and the bathroom is spacious, with a hair dryer and plenty of towels. It’s warm in winter. There’s a swimming pool, sauna, and wellness area. Breakfast was very good, and there’s dinner too. I’ve added this hotel to my wishlist. Satisfaction 10, thank you.

The simple rooms are part of the nearby H+ Hotel. This one cost 10 euros less than a standard room in the main building and came with a kitchen. You can also have breakfast there, and there’s plenty of parking nearby.

The service was very poor. I couldn’t walk after an operation, and room service first brought me a meat burger when I’d ordered vegetarian. The next day, the restaurant wasn’t available to hotel guests, and I couldn’t order room service either. Now I’m stuck.

Good value and clean, but there’s no elevator or washing machine. It’s about 40 km from Frankfurt.
