The house is in a great spot, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, and there's a parking lot beside it. There's a daycare right next door, though we barely noticed it since our balcony faced the other way. The apartment itself was modern, nicely furnished, and had everything you'd need at home. But it was very poorly cleaned. We found belongings left by previous guests in the bathroom, and there was recent dust along the tile trim and skirting boards. The toilet brush, toothbrush cup, step stool, and shower squeegee were dirty, and there were dust bunnies under the couch. We had to ask for a second cleaning, which really spoiled the start of our vacation. At this price, that's completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

The photos match the place. It's super modern and clean, in a beautiful setting, with the beach, bakery, and restaurants all within walking distance. The owner was friendly and helpful.

We always stay with Ostseetraum holiday apartments when we take our Baltic Sea trip, which we do at least once a year and often more. Most of the time we choose Nienhagen because we love it here. We've tried several apartments in the Haus Passat, and they've always been clean, beautifully furnished, and top notch. We're already looking forward to going back!

For anyone who likes things really quiet, there's a daycare center right next door 😉 The accommodation is very nice, clean, modern, and bright, with a great location just 400m from the beach.
