Pension Bei Sonntag's

We came across this restaurant by accident while searching near Lake Quitzdorf. The places we called had either shut down or were closed, so finding somewhere so quiet on a Sunday was a surprise. Its spot behind the gas station isn't the most convenient, but inside it's bright, clean, stylish and pleasantly rustic, with everything looking almost new. The food was outstanding, and the service was so warm and attentive. Thanks for a lovely lunch. We enjoyed it so much that we'll be back.

The food was delicious, and the staff were really welcoming. I haven't booked a room yet, but it's a great restaurant.

We were all happy with our meals, and they brought everything out at the same time. The venison roast was the best I've ever had. Such friendly service, too. We'd be glad to come back.

We dropped in on the spur of the moment for ice cream, and the servings were generous for a very reasonable price. The kids can play on the outdoor slide or in the lovely playroom inside. We'll definitely return.
