Ferienhaus Haagalm

We were seven and stayed for 14 days, and every one of us was very happy. The owners were so friendly and helpful that we felt genuinely welcome. The apartments are spacious and modern, with lovely views over the little valley and stream, plus a beautiful outdoor area in an idyllic setting. If we come back to Saarland, we know where we'll stay. Highly recommended.

Having three adjoining apartments worked perfectly for our three-generation family. We could spend time together while still having our own space. The huge natural garden on the hillside and lovely outdoor seating were a treat, and the easygoing, friendly landlord helped us feel at home. Inside, everything was spotless, comfortable, and supplied with all the comforts we wanted. There are plenty of good hikes nearby, and Luxembourg and Trier are easy to reach.

The Primstal Panorama Trail and Dollberg Loop, up to Saarland's highest mountain, are well worth doing. After our hikes, the peaceful setting and terrace overlooking the countryside were just right for barbecuing and sitting outside late into the night. Five of us friends stayed in the three apartments at the beautiful Haagalm Suite in June. Everything was clean, comfortable, practically new, and well equipped. The owner was friendly and easy to deal with, and the whole process from booking to leaving went smoothly. We were happy to recommend the Haagalm Suite.

The Haagalm is beautiful, and it almost feels like you have your own private zoo. We had another wonderful week hiking in the Hochwald forest, felt very comfortable, and would happily return.
