The apartment had a comfortable amount of space and a good layout, and the equipment was acceptable. But maintenance and cleaning could have been better, which is why I can only give it 4 stars. We told the landlady about the issues. She replied that she would inform the cleaning company, but we’d hoped to see something done. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. In the end, I cleaned cobwebs and dust out of all the corners and edges myself, except for the lampshade above the kitchen table. A shame.

The house has what you need and sits conveniently between Norden and Norddeich, close to the bus stop. With the visitor card, you can explore the north for just €1.

We felt very at ease in this stylish, clean apartment in a two-family house, and would happily come back. The garden is great for kids, with a slide, swings and a sandbox.
