The outside looks great, but inside it was awful. For €1000 a week in the off-season, I wasn’t expecting luxury, just basic things like cleanliness, decent beds, and furniture that wasn’t falling apart. Instead, the place was truly disgusting. The photos didn’t match what we found. I can’t confirm the smell other guests mentioned, it’s simply an old building. The mattresses were like torture devices. When I complained, I was told, “That's not our responsibility, and we don't know anything about it.” We left a day early because sleeping there caused so much pain. No joke, I need to see a doctor. There was no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes, so I spent a week in wrinkled things. In the bathroom, wall brackets were broken or incomplete, with dirt falling into the tub. Dirt and mold were coming off the walls. The listed status shouldn’t prevent repairs, since a modern Velux window could be installed. The window was so dirty that opening it made grime fall into the bathroom. There was no light by the front door, so you couldn’t tell whether that terrifying spider was waiting or someone was lurking in the corner. The kitchen furniture was worn out and broken, too.
