Gästehaus Extra

I was very happy with my choice. I booked at short notice, from Wednesday through Sunday, and the hostess was lovely. It’s a small hotel with just 14 rooms, almost right by the beach, about 200m away. My single room on the first floor was small but perfectly fine for someone who’s out all day. The breakfast room is long and narrow rather than large, which gives it a nice feel. Breakfast is included, and the hostess checks that everything’s there and brings coffee to your table herself. There’s also a little reading room, plus tea and drinks in a fridge for a fee. From my window I saw a real pheasant, and rabbits in the garden, too.

The location made it hard to leave, with only a few steps between the hotel and the sand. I spent a week at the Logierhaus on Norderney and felt completely at home. It’s beautifully decorated with a lot of care, and everything was spotless. The staff were friendly and always cheerful, and the service was top-notch. Breakfast was so delicious, with such a huge selection, that I lingered over it longer than planned every morning. I’ll definitely be back!

Quiet but still central, the guesthouse is less than 100 meters from one of the loveliest stretches of beach. It was very clean, the breakfast buffet was generous, and the staff were friendly. Some rooms also open onto a large terrace with beach chairs and a sea view. For the price, I can only give it top marks.

We were completely satisfied with this great accommodation. It’s centrally located, and the service felt very personal. We’ll definitely come back. Keep it up!
